This is an excerpt from my most recent short film, MADE PUBLIC, starring Jeanine Mason (Roswell, New Mexico; Grey's Anatomy) and Josh Zuckerman (90210; Desperate Housewives). MADE PUBLIC explores the impulse to share our most intimate thoughts and sacred moments with the general public - and how much we're willing to lose to obtain the approval of strangers. Per our persistence, the crew was predominantly female (77% to be precise) with nearly all female keys, including a female producer (Lola Noh) and female cinematographer (Katharine White).
Since March of this year, MADE PUBLIC has screened at more than a dozen film festivals and has won several awards, including Best Film, Best Director, and the Audience Award at the 2019 Bentonville Film Festival. Learn more at www.madepublicfilm.com.
