Lisa, a distant, single mom of two is forced to move in with her father in law after the death of her military husband. Desperate for work she takes a job as a nanny to an 8 year old girl with spina bifida, Justine. Conflict with Justine's parents causes Lisa to get fired. Lisa must now face the reality of her own situation and reconnect with her kids.
