"Alfred strives to keep his family together while taking care of a sick daughter." After the passing of Alfred and Shirley first daughter Shayla, they learn that they don't have much longer to make the best of it with their middle child Jessica. Shirley is aware that a genetic disease called ataxia has overgrown in her family passing down to her, keeping her from walking normal. Over time she come to truths that the same disease that she is fighting, she has embedded within her children. Blaming herself for putting them through the sickness. While she make the best of it with her middle child Jessica, she receives notice that her last baby girl is now showing signs of the illness.
