The film is an interview based on the story of the creative experiments of Dmitry Pavlov - a musical enthusiast who surrounded himself with reel-to-reel tape recorders and magnetic tape. From the interview, you will learn about Magnitizdat Orbita Tape Record publishing house, which publishes its releases on the tape, about the performances of the fiercely dancing tape jockey Rokoteka Orbita playing his mix-tapes with russian post-punk and new wave, as well as plunging into the atmosphere autumn Ulyanovsk.
