Help keep this planet clean by picking up trash from time to time. its not a joke. This video was made on one of the weekends i volunteered by picking up trash, it shows how beautiful the world can be. Litter is, unfortunately, something that we have to deal with on a daily basis in our cities. however, when we escape to the great outdoors there is nothing more troubling than when we see litter tossed across hiking trails or in forests. When we are enjoying the outdoors doing those activities we enjoy, it’s very important that we try our best to pick up everything we brought or may have left. Litter is a problem because it damages areas where we live, work and play areas for children. It also possess a threat to the public health due to the harm caused on water systems, oceans as well as rivers. It kills the environment and increase the amount of global warming. The U.S. spends 11.5 billion dollars on litter clean up every year. You can help by doing these very little things. You can STOP LITTERING. You could also volunteer for programs like Keep America Beautiful’s annual Great American Cleanup, or just do what i do and volunteer at a local park to do a park cleanup. Or even, sometimes if i'm walking down the street and see some litter, i just pick it up and throw it away, every little thing helps.
