We are currently wrapping up post production on our 22-minute western short film based on the true story/legend of James Riley. Mclauskie has killed Bailey in self defense. He must get his adopted so. . . on with tuberculosis, James Riley and Riley's girl, Jane, out of Newton before Bailey's brothers get to town to enact their vengeance. We have a feature film script written and the primary goal for the western in its festival run is to get people excited for bringing the epic western back to life. We believe that the true story is such a rich and fascinating story and that a feature western shot with the excellence of the great westerns, would be a captivating and widely entertaining adventure for the masses to enjoy.
