NOOR - QUEEN OF RANTHAMBORE . My short film revolves around the life of a beautiful , noble Tigress named Noor who is the dominant Queen of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan India . She has three teenage cubs with ravishing appetites And Noor has to constantly hunt almost every ten days to satisfy their hunger . I have tried to capture Noor’s different aspects of motherhood ranging from tender loving care to a ruthless Tigress just trying to to survive and raise her cubs . Instead of the usual explanatory voice over I took a creative leap by introducing Poetry as the voice over . I borrowed William Blake’s poem The Tyger to add a mystical background to my Visuals . I purposely shot my film in slow motion to let the viewer enjoy the elegance , majesty and feel every twitch of muscle and movement of these beautiful animals . Thank you .
