Mori. Is an excerpt of a bigger project called 'Cali8'. 'Cali8' is a Colombian project in which a group of Colombian filmmakers, got together in the year 2011 and decided that we where gonna put together stories from around our city: Cali-Colombia. The stories are told throughout one day in Cali and we decided to shoot Super 8mm, as it is a medium that represents how gritty and raw life in our city can be. I'm one of those filmmakers and a fragment of my story is about a man who in the midst of jealousy killed his wife, but burden by guilt decides to give himself up at 3:00 a.m. Cali8 It's an unfinished project and by entering this contest we would like to raise awareness in order to complete it. / Mori es un pedazo de un proyecto llamado 'Cali8' en la que 8 cineastas Colombianos decidimos en el año 2011 narrar un conjunto de historias en nuestra ciudad que suceden en el transcurso de un día. El motivo para grabarlas en Super8mm es porque queríamos representar la ciudad bajo una óptica diferente a la digital.
