I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend a Fan-made Music Video

“I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend” ????by @girlinred (Happy @pride ??????????) I tend to create when I'm in my “FEELINGS” so you could say that my mental and emotional anguish has been the inspiration beh. . . hind most if not all of my art creations.???? This weekend I decided to try making a simple and sweet music video to a song I really like. It's called “I wanna be your girlfriend by Girl in Red” and it's about unrequited love. The song is a confessional by Marie “Girl in Red” towards her friend “Hannah” whom she's fallen in love with, but is unaware of it. Marie doesn't tell Hannah she's in love with her because she is afraid that her homosexuality might scare Hannah away. I can relate a little to what the artist is confessing, but in a different way that's too personal to share here, but none the less I think the lyrics are really nice, the music “vibey” and I'm happy that I made a passion project for the song that from my artistic point of view matches the songs story. I used stock footage from @pexels @pexels.us . It took me two days browsing around their website to find inspiration, collect material produced and shared on PEXELS by @cottonbro @bolovtsova & @maksgelatin to make this fun little short, thanx you guys, It took me 1 day to put it together using all your awesome footage!?????? My goal is to get faster through more practice and experimentation and eventually begin an “Everydays” series where I would create a different piece of media to share once a day.
