There came a time where I realized the many issues we have today. My oblivious self evolved to notice that within this environment where I volunteered, with the help of a wonderful lady named Mavis, there were many people in poverty around the area. Especially families with young children. After a few months of assisting, I decided to document the place to reveal what it takes for a food pantry to help those in need, and why it's important. I was amazed to have heard stories from the ones who started the pantry- why they chose to commit and for how long. A couple of volunteers shared their experiences as well. I enjoyed helping out, seeing the folks smile and say "God bless" as they take their bread. This has been one of the experiences where I made my mind up on what I desire to do in the future. I hope you all enjoy the documentary and understand what it's like to help the poor. To feed their souls with bliss. Join in to make a change.
