Elly Albers, a shy college sophomore, is offered a chance to help make a found-footage film for extra credit in her Film Studies class. She ends up getting more than she bargained for in this thriller.
"Elly" is a proof-of concept short film. There is already a feature script written (filming scheduled to begin in March 2018) entitled "Final Cut". The short film you see here will be the opening nine minutes of "Final Cut", much like the Drew Barrymore scene in Scream could have been a short film, but instead expanded into a wider universe.
