WHAT THE WHAT?! is a 3-10 person party game where players compete to invent outrageous new uses for genuine old-time inventions. Featuring audacious attempts, fantastic fails, and kooky contraptions from the patent archives.
It’s easy to play. The Investor reveals an illustrated invention card. Players channel their inner hustler, comedian, and entrepreneur to pitch the most outrageous - or accurate - explanation of WHAT THE WHAT?!! is that?
What the What?! is the party game for people who love technology, weird history, and the risk of serious injury. It’s like “Shark Tank” meets the modern meme game where players dream up outrageous new uses for genuine patented inventions from the past. There are Baby Cages. Dimple Makers. Flying Machines, and a few that would likely kill you.
What is the one thing you want people to take away or do after viewing the content?

- Ages 10 and up
- The first purpose is Kickstarter, then we will cascade to the website and Amazon.
- Celebration, whimsical, magical, playful, like entering P.T. Barnum circus tent - but appeals to adults and kids (not too baby/junior not too sophisticated). Target party game consumer.
- Make sure that the content assets we bring in are royalty-free or minimal cost.
