Self-Care, be it physical or mental is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. Especially during these trying times in our world right now. We want to hear your motivational, inspirational, or humorous stories of how health and wellness is a part of or has impacted your life. How do you show self-gratitude every day by living your best life? Submit an authentic, original, high-quality 1-10-minute film on any of the following topics:

• How have you survived mentally and physically during the pandemic?
• What do you do to show self-gratitude/do for self-care in your life?
• How has focusing on health and wellness transformed yours or someone you love lives?
• Living your best life
• Mindfulness 
• Mental Health
• Healthy Living
• Movement/Fitness
• Meditation
• Sleep Habits

How It Works: Filmmakers have until  to create and submit their films. Submissions are judged for admittance into the film challenge before voting opens. Acceptance into the film challenge is based on the quality of content and adherence to the assignment. Your film must be accepted into the challenge in order to compete. The top 5 films with the most audience votes and 5 films selected by the preliminary jury will advance to the finals round. From these top finalist films, a jury panel will award a Grand Prize winner and three additional honorable mentions.

Film submissions are evaluated based on the following judging criteria:
