Director(s): Lola Blanc
Written, directed, lit, edited, sound designed, and music-ified by yours truly in 2 days using an iPhone and some Halloween lights from Amazon! It's also me in the film. I'm extremely tired! My roommate, Jasmin Carina, wore a wig to match mine and acted as my double.
There's Something in My House was inspired by my recent struggles with self-esteem and anxiety - worsened by quarantine - and the revelation that I can choose to love even the parts of myself that I sometimes wish would go away.

Hi, good game, I may have been more bummed when I saw your film didn't make it to the finals, then when mine didn't! :'D Great job, You went in on your production design aesthetic, So creative! And I love the message, C.G. Jung would be proud, we all could learn to love our shadows. Stay blessed, Stay Healthy, and Stay Creating! -Heather Paige Cohn

Favorite part is when Lola sees the ghost of herself and instead of being terrified, immediately does something unexpected.

Yay Lola! TWITTER works best for sign-up to vote. I also got weird crashes on the other options.

A number of people, including myself, never received the verification email. System crash? I then tried to signup via Facebook so I could vote, got nonstop error messages. Finally, Twitter worked. This is a great short. It deserves a million votes.
