Directed, filmed, edited by and starring Jaylah Moore-Ross. This film is an exaggerated version of my situation. It's centered around how I've been over thinking and getting in my own head a lot during quarantine. I then suppress my feelings to the point that I end up needing help. It also represents how situation like these can affect us and how sometimes we wrongfully choose to ignore it. We think we can ignore our mental healths until our thoughts and feelings over bear us and we are forced to confront them.
