This is an incredibly important, eye-opening film for what it costs, financially, emotionally, and with your own physical security, to be the gender you feel you should be. I like that it ends on a message of hope .

Wow, this sure says a lot about both the current US healthcare system and our social bias. Everyone should have the right to choose what makes them happy so long as it does not harm another. Great job, Sara!
