For those who may not be as interested in the rodeo scene as others, there are many other cultural and festive events and activities across the state of Montana. This video showcases a few of them. SCCA (Sport Car Club of America) Racing- filmed in Great Falls, MT. SCCA Racing allows entrants to compete with their cars on a controlled course that matches vehicles to size categories and pits best times against each other. http://mtscca.com/ Bitteroot Celtic Games and Gathering- Hamilton, MT. This annual Celtic festival at the historic Daly Mansion holds competitions for traditional highland games, bagpiping, and pipe bands while allowing clans to gather and vendors from all over to showcase their wares. The 2015 festival August 15th and 16th, with MacGregor being this years honored clan (the filmed year, 2014, was MacKenzie). http://www.bitterrootscottishirishfestival.org/home.html Montana Steampunk Ball- Billings, MT. The first of what hopes to be annual event featured local vendors and bands. Showing just how large the steampunk community is in Montana, the event had approximately 300 attendees from across the state. https://www.facebook.com/montanasteampunk Act Normal Dinner Theatre- Black Eagle, MT. This particular performance from the Act Normal Theatre Troupe was Death and Taxes by Pat Cook, held as many of their shows are at 3D International Restaurant in Black Eagle. The 406 ASF is a Great Falls based airsoft team that played this particular game on private property in Belt, MT. There are several airsoft teams and public venues across the state.
