Director(s):

Synopsis: In the yuppie world of the 1980s, women are making strides in the workplace but materialism is still king. Second-year law associate FANNIE JACKSON loves her visual artist husband DUANE JACKSON as much as her career at a top corporate firm. As the sole breadwinner, she better. They are both eager to move north of Olympic Boulevard and score a McMansion, luxury cars, matching Rolex watches and 2.5 children. Ultimately, Fannie yearns to become a Congresswoman in the tradition of Shirley Chisholm while Duane is a househusband striving to become the next Romare Bearden. ?But Fannie's unctious, Donald Trump-like boss AUSTIN HILL escalates his sexual harassment. He goes from just manhandling and sexual innuendo to demanding sex from Fannie in exchange for making partner. When Austin makes clear he wants way more than a one-night stand, will Fannie cuckold her husband to grab the brass ring? And can their marriage survive these tough choices? Goal of the film: It is to showcase the meaning behind our decisions in the workplace. In the height of the exploration of sexual harassment, we have a glimpse into the character Fannie who is being harassed and how they make their decisions in the moment and the moments after the harassment. Being that this is a very important issue it is all in how sexual harassment is handled from the victim to the co-workers around. We want to show values that the main character has in her decision process. Does she choose to climb up the corporate ladder or does she choose her husband and her values? She has a hard decision to make. Not only does harassment happen to women, but it happens to males as well. Our goal in the film is to bring these circumstances to light to show the hope and the core of love ones around you during these hard moments. Everyone has a different circumstance, but it is key on how you address it. #metoo
