Looking Back

A Coloradan gets distracted thinking about the last few days. Filmed this over Saint Patrick's Day weekend with a Bolex 16mm, and a Black Magic Pocket Camera. Saturday morning I drove up to Frisco County with some friends, fished and stopped by Keystone. After lunch, we went down to Jefferson County for a trip to the Golden dog-park, a session at Arvada Skatepark, and ended our day splitting a six-pack atop North Table Mesa. Sunday, I decided it would be great to wrap the montage in a narrative between two of my friends. In the morning, I had the pleasure of spending a few hours tucked away in Evergreen. For the afternoon, we rode over to Lakewood, trashed my friend's laundry room, and filmed him smoke a pack of cigarettes and spit out stereotypes of Colorado for half an hour. It was a priceless weekend. This project was a blast to film and would not be a reality without huge help from all the homies!
