Virgin Islanders are fortunate to share a world with a priceless and diverse marine environment. For many though the underwater marine world remains a distant place. Learning to Sea in the U.S.V.I. is a 13-episode series, created by Ziggy Livnat. Each 3-minute episode explores a unique marine animal in its natural surroundings. This series was featured weekly on CBS TV2 news on the islands to educate and create better connection with the ocean. This final episode, 'An Ocean Threat', features the environmental challenge posed by plastic litter in our oceans and presents easy solutions individuals can adopt to join in efforts to alleviate the problem.
