Jemma-Louise Cakes is a gourmet bakery based in East Gippsland, Victoria, specialising in cakes and pastries that are central to a celebration and create an experience to remember. Run by Jemma and her husband James, Jemma-Louise Cakes has become a staple in the community as the go-to cake shop for all celebrations from weddings to birthdays and everything in between thanks to Jemma's award winning cake decorating skills; not to mention how delicious her cakes are! But it wasn't easy to get to where she is now, she had to work hard and overcome self-doubt and even the doubt of others.
