In New Neighbors, a mother tries to protect her sons against police brutality but goes about it in a different way. This is followed by a music video for spoken word and hip hop artist Guante's song 'Our Relationship is a Slowly Gentrifying Neighborhood'. The video captures a unique approach to the theme of gentrification, while also paying homage to a vital community center that was closed and later replaced with a police station.
