This is my first Unscripted Short Film movie Depression touches on a serious matter so I was very careful when making the movie to shine the correct light on it. I wanted the audience to feel the pain that "Diamond" felt as she went through several emotional breakdowns. When I did the makeup for the character Diamond I wanted it to look as realistic as possible. I directed and edited this movie without a script because I had a vision in my head that words on paper couldn't explain. I am a self taught Filmmaker/Director and I feel that if you have a vision and you can bring it to life without writing it down, than you will challenge yourself as a director as well as your actors. I hope everyone enjoys my film and gets my vision.
