After living on the Upper East Side and commuting daily on the 6 train, I often found myself sitting on the subway, perfectly eye level to other standing passenger's crotches. The train would move, th. . . hey would sway towards me, with no place for my face to escape. An experience shared by so many New Yorkers. So I sung about it.
