Chirs is a short film that talks about why we don't value life in the urban community until that person is dead or gone. Our community would be a much better place if we could give each other our flowers while we can still smell them. This is a true story that was inspired by Tony Chennault the Director/Writer of this project. His older brother Mike Jay was killed as an innocent bystander in a shooting in 2012.
