Tiffany Bayley opened Avalon Park Jewelers in Orlando, Florida in 2011. In the time since opening she has experienced many professional ups and downs. The most devastating of which being a robbery that occurred in the early morning hours of July 29th, 2013. The robbery set Tiffany's business back roughly $200,000 with no insurance to cover the loss. When most other small businesses' would have put a closed sign on the door, Tiffany rose to the occasion and made personal sacrifices necessary to keep the doors opened. Tiffany's story is one of hardship, and loss, but even more so triumph and perseverance.
