A Murder of Crows

This film is inspired by the failure of the employee tax on Seattle's big businesses, and the disregard shown by the homeowners of Seattle for their homeless neighbours. The employee tax would have funded affordable housing but was opposed in a number of public meetings. The dialog of the film is taken directly from comments recorded at those public meetings. While the causes of homelessness are mystified in public discourse, this film aims to place the blame where it belongs; on those who fight progressive measures in order to maintain excess in the face of stark deprivation.
