About Caroline Mariko Stucky
Caroline Mariko Stucky is an award winning Swiss-Japanese independent filmmaker with a fierce passion for American culture. For Caroline, film, the world of the image, is the ultimate language that trumps the whirling kaleidoscope of spoken languages of her childhood. As a director, the 2013-2014 season has marked the premieres of her two short films "Paper Boats" and "ColorBlind". Her latest short film "Us" is now showing in film festivals worldwide. Stucky also frequently works as a Director of Photography - credits include "Hemingway's Homage to Switzerland" (2012), "The Perfect Bunny" (2013), Old Junk (2013), Butterfly (2016), Wishful Whiskers (2017) and Starfish (2017).
