HOW THE WINNERS ARE DETERMINED:  There are two rounds of jurying. From the first round, the top 6 videos with the most votes and the top 6 preliminary jury selected entries will move on to the final round to be judged by Blackstone LaunchPad at Montana State University. From these finalists, Blackstone LaunchPad at Montana State University, Crowley Fleck, Stockman Bank, and the City of Bozeman MT will select and award the winners. Final jury winners will be announced on November 15th, 2017.
