CALLING ALL GAMERS AND CREATORS!
Create a fun, "meme-like" 10-15 second vertical social media video of you or someone else batting away things (or words describing things) that you defy in your everyday life. Appearance, performance, and words featured in the video must instantly relate to gaming, Alienware, and/or the “Defy Boundaries” campaign. This is an opportunity to show your special effects skills. The video submissions will be juried by the DELL Blue Agency and Alienware marketing teams and the top two videos as determined by the jury will win Alienware prizes.

HOW TO MAKE A GREAT VIDEO SUBMISSION

Use the following approved assets for your videos: no other fonts, logos, or music will be accepted
Alienware fonts for download and use
Alienware logos for download and use
Web Mix Music link for music that you can use
Splits for music you can use

Aesthetic Inspiration for your video:
Your video should feel slick, energized, empowered, dynamic, aspirational, brave, electric, bold, boundless, driven, self confident.

Video Submission Requirements:

• Create a vertical 9:16 VERTICAL video that is TikTok friendly
• Make sure you center your subject with space on top and bottom to allow for square cropping for Instagra
• Make sure the Alienware brand is included and clearly visible within the vide

How it works:

• You have until May 2, 2022 to create and submit your vertical social video.
• Winners will be announced 5/12/22 at 12 p.m. CT.
• Contest winners may be asked for revisions. Revisions due by 5/14/2022.
• Alienware receives exclusive rights to the two winning videos to use the videos across their social channels.
• Videos are initially juried by AudPop staff and submissions that score low will not be allowed to compete in this challenge.
• All accepted entries will compete in the challenge.

Videos are evaluated based on the following judging criteria:

• Creativity 
• Technical Merit 
• Fresh, Diverse Perspective
• Adherence to the Assignment

Video creation guidelines:

• Do not allow any other brands besides Alienware to show in your video. 
• The Alienware logo should be organically placed into the video.
• Do not use TikTok to create the videos, as the video should not have the TikTok logo.
• Please edit your video in a similar TikTok style, think of filters, enhancements, etc.
• You can utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or an editing app such as Capcut or Prequel and edit how you would if you were creating a TikTok video.
• Do not post your video to your social media account
