Hello, Just returned on Southwest Airlines ORD Terminal and the flight was surprisingly uneventful. I'm accustomed to the chaos of O'Hare, so the atmosphere at Southwest's terminal was more relaxed to me. The crew were wonderful—very friendly and courteous, especially when I needed information regarding gate changes. Signage made navigation simple, which is a bonus if you're not a regular traveler.
